GarageScout is operated by GarageScout LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“GarageScout,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms are an agreement between you and GarageScout LLC and govern your use of our website and services. GarageScout is in private beta. By using GarageScout, requesting access, or creating an account, you agree to them. If we change them in a material way, we will update the date above and tell account holders by email.

The service

GarageScout helps you search, hunt, and track enthusiast vehicles across third-party marketplaces. We collect and organize listings that originate elsewhere. We are not the seller, we are not a broker, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller.

Listing information

Listing details, prices, availability, and vehicle history come from external sources. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Verify every vehicle and its details directly with the seller before you make a decision. GarageScout does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information.

Our analysis

Some GarageScout content is produced with the help of AI, including summaries, price context, and answers to questions. This content is our reading of the available evidence. It is information, not financial, legal, or mechanical advice, and it is not an appraisal or an inspection.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

What you send us

You keep ownership of what you write to GarageScout, such as Hunt descriptions and feedback. You give us permission to use it to run and improve the service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access it in unauthorized ways.
  • Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute GarageScout data or content without our permission.
  • Use GarageScout only for lawful purposes.

Private beta

We add members on a rolling basis, and a request for access does not guarantee it. During the beta, features are provided as is. We may add, change, or remove them at any time.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law permits, GarageScout is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of the service or from any transaction with a third-party seller.
