Bentley Brooklands (2008)
The Bentley Brooklands Coupe is the ultimate coachbuilt two-door hardtop grand tourer of Crewe, handcrafted from 2008 through 2011 in a strictly limited run of 550 planned chassis. Built upon the reinforced rear-wheel-drive Arnage platform, the Brooklands introduced a striking pillarless hardtop silhouette with floating C-pillars and the longest continuous side glass profile of any production coupe. Powered by the final, most potent evolution of Crewe legendary 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged pushrod V8, it produces 530 hp and a monumental 774 lb-ft of torque, paired with a reinforced ZF 6-speed automatic transmission. Accommodating four occupants in individual leather armchairs surrounded by mirror-matched burr walnut cabinetry, optional 420 mm carbon-silicon carbide ceramic brakes, and traditional organ-stop ventilation controls, the Brooklands stands as the towering summit of sovereign bespoke British luxury.
