Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione (8C)
The Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione and 8C Spider (8C generation) is a front-mid-engine limited-production supercar manufactured between 2007 and 2010 in Modena, Italy, strictly capped at 1,000 total units (500 coupes and 500 spiders). Designed by Wolfgang Egger at Centro Stile Alfa Romeo and assembled by Maserati, the 8C revitalized the marque's historic competition badge with pre-preg carbon-fiber bodywork bonded over a stiffened steel platform. Armed with a Maranello-built 4.7-liter Ferrari-Maserati F136 naturally aspirated 90-degree V8 producing 450 hp, a rear-mounted six-speed Graziano automated manual transaxle, and Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, the 8C stands as a defining modern Italian collector halo.
