Technical distinctions

  • 01 // Powertrain Kinematics

Rothsport Racing handbuilds an enlarged 4.0-liter air-cooled flat-six from the factory 3.6-liter case, featuring MoTeC engine management, individual throttle bodies, and an unrestricted 7,800 rpm rev ceiling delivering 431 hp.

  • 02 // Square Chassis Geometry

Gunther Werks replaces the factory staggered track with a square 63-inch track front and rear, utilizing custom forged aluminum uprights, adjustable coilover suspension, and widened wheel wells to eliminate understeer.

  • 03 // Carbon Fiber Metallurgy

The entire outer bodywork is formed from pre-impregnated carbon fiber, dropping the curb weight to 2,856 lbs while preserving the original 993 high-strength steel doors for side-impact safety.
