1966 Ford F-250 Camper Special
900 miautomatic
Our read
A six-year refurbishment beginning in 2020 included repainting the cab and bed, re-trimming the cabin, rebuilding the 390ci V8 and steering gearbox, and replacing the bumpers, trim, instrument panel, carpets, padding, door panels, seals, window felts, and driveshafts. The seller’s father bought it in 1974, and the seller acquired it in 1988 after it had served as a camper until 1999. Red Head Steering rebuilt the steering box, while the 390ci V8 was installed in 2018 and is paired with a four-speed manual transmission, NP 205 transfer case, Dana 44 front axle, and Dana 60 rear axle.
