GarageScout Take

993-style fiberglass body panels, a Midnight Blue Pearl repaint, and an $80,000 custom build over five years transformed this 1976 911S Targa into a wide-bodied outlaw. Mobile Works West rebuilt the 2.7-liter engine with a 1975 European magnesium case, new injectors, Carrera oil-fed tensioner and oil pump, reconditioned 911S cams, and related machine work; the engine has approximately 2,000 miles since the rebuild. The 3rd-gear synchro is worn, and the air conditioning and windshield washer systems are non-functional.

Strengths

  • Outlaw 993-style wide-body conversion
  • Documented engine rebuild
  • Upgraded four-piston brakes and HRE wheels
