One of 25 Carrera RS examples finished in Gulf Orange, delivered new through Raffay & Co. of Hamburg, Germany. The car received a comprehensive restoration from 2010 through 2012, followed by reconditioning in the United States including a full repaint, new pressure plate, clutch disc, release bearing, and engine electrical harness. Its original engine case failed in 1989 and was replaced with a correct 7R case that was restamped.
