GarageScout Take

Steel five-window coupe body with fiberglass fenders, a filled all-metal roof, and a 350ci Chevrolet V8 with triple Carter carburetors. The selling dealer purchased it from the estate of its builder, who reportedly completed the car around 1997. Ken’s Transmissions of Leechburg, Pennsylvania, rebuilt the Turbo 400 in June 1998 with a high-stall torque converter, and the spark plugs and header gasket were replaced in October 2023.
