A 1,275cc replacement A-Series was installed during the 1995 refurbishment, with dual SU carburetors and a four-speed rib-case manual transmission. The brake master cylinder was sleeved and rebuilt in August 2015, stainless-steel brake lines were fitted in May 2016, and the water pump, thermostat, hoses, and gasket were replaced in April 2026.
