GarageScout Take

The Sky Lounge roof paired with Bowers & Wilkins audio is the cabin detail that separates this 740i from a routine specification. Mileage sits above the middle for this generation.

Strengths

  • Panoramic Sky Lounge LED roof.
  • Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround Sound system listed with 16 speakers and a 1,400-watt amplifier.
  • Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, Wi-Fi hotspot, and real-time traffic navigation.

Watch For

  • The audio-system details conflict: one section lists Harman Kardon, while another names Bowers & Wilkins with different speaker and amplifier figures.
