GarageScout Take

Its service history reaches into the systems that make an early S7 expensive to own, with turbo and oil-screen replacement followed by cooling, air/oil separator, belt, and transmission work. At 82,800 miles, it sits at the top of the observed range for the generation. The tradeoff is a history gap and two minor-damage events, along with cosmetic wear, unsupported seller-era brake and oil work, and two tires dated 2015.

Strengths

  • The turbochargers and oil screens were replaced in 2022 at 46,000 miles.
  • Recent major service covered the water pump, cooling system, air/oil separator, spark plugs, serpentine belt system, and transmission fluid.
  • The current seller drove the S7 approximately 13,300 miles after purchasing it in May 2025.

Watch For

  • The Carfax reports minor damage to the left front and left side in November 2014, plus minor front damage in March 2026. The latter involved a repainted hood
  • The Carfax has a history gap from 2014 to 2017.
  • The listing notes exterior chips and scratches, front-wheel curb rash, seat creasing and wear, interior touch-point wear, and headliner stains.
  • The seller's oil changes and brake work during current ownership are not supported by receipts, and the tire date codes show two tires from 2015
