Bare-metal restoration by Posemato Bodyworks & Restorations included replacement floor pans, longitudinals, and battery box, followed by three California Mille rally entries. The replacement 356C-derived flat-four was installed about five years ago and rebuilt with a 1,750cc big-bore kit, upgraded camshaft, and reworked cylinder heads, while the original four-speed transaxle was rebuilt.
