The 383ci V8 retains its factory four-barrel carburetor and is paired with a three-speed automatic. The fuel system and carburetor were overhauled in 2024, the ignition distributor system was replaced that year, the front disc and rear drum brakes were overhauled in 2024, and the power steering setup was replaced in 2026. The fold-down rear bench was reupholstered in white vinyl, with a replacement headliner and carpet set.
