Shelby American modified the 5.0-liter V8 with a Whipple supercharger, carbon-fiber intake tube, high-performance fuel injectors, and a Shelby performance tune, with a rated output of 775 horsepower. Super Snake equipment includes a lowered Ridetech suspension, black 22-inch Shelby wheels, gray full-body rally stripes, and a Shelby-tuned Borla exhaust system. The hood was replaced by Shelby for rust, and the front bumper cover valance and lip were also replaced.
