GarageScout Take

The first of three Phase III cars, with Joel Rosen’s ownership tying this heavily engineered build to Motion’s own shop. At 191 miles, it sits near the low end for this generation. The Carfax lists two open manufacturer safety recalls, and the extensive engine, driveline, and suspension modifications make its configuration part of the ownership equation.
