GarageScout Take

RS 60 Spyder 1938 of 1,960, purchased by the seller in 2019 from its reported original owner. Its original 3.4-liter flat-six failed that year, reportedly from bore scoring, and was rebuilt by LN Engineering and Bilt Racing Service as a 3.8-liter using 101mm Nickies, JE pistons, refurbished cylinder heads, and an IMS retrofit kit. The rebuild cost was partially covered by Porsche as a goodwill gesture, and the most recent oil change was performed in August 2025.
