The S54 received a double-VANOS rebuild and rod-bearing replacement before the seller acquired it in 2019, with a 2021 serpentine belt and valve-cover-gasket replacement and 2022 ignition, spark-plug, and throttle-position-sensor work. It retains Jet Black paint over Cinnamon Nappa leather, with the front end repainted under previous ownership.
