Mechanic ownership, all-original Imola Red paint, and recent S62-specific service give this low-mile E39 M5 unusually useful history. Imola Red is uncommon among observed examples of the generation, and the faded cluster pixels, rebuilt rearview mirror, and refinished wheels are the tangible compromises.

Strengths

  • 2001 E39-generation M5 with the S62 V8 and six-speed manual transmission.
  • Corsa cat-back exhaust included alongside the original exhaust.

Watch For

  • Some instrument-cluster pixels are faded, making some information difficult to read.
  • The wheels have been refinished.
