AMG Japan modified the M104 inline-six with a stroker crankshaft to 3.6 liters when new. This left-hand-drive Japanese-market example spent time in Europe before its 2023 US import and was acquired by the selling dealer in 2024. Preparation included dry-ice cleaning the engine bay, refinishing the valve cover, replacing the battery, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, and front brake rotors, and repairing the muffler.
