Extensive mechanical work has been performed since 2020, including a 2024 head-gasket replacement with a pressure-tested and resurfaced cylinder head, new valve seals, water pump, and starter. The 2024 clutch, flywheel, throw-out bearing, and driveline components were also replaced, followed by a 2025 timing chain and tensioner assembly, suspension work, fuel-system service, and multiple brake overhauls. The 1983 repaint is peeling around the windows and sunroof, with one rust spot at the driver's side of the front windshield, and the original black interior has a cracked dashboard and damaged upholstery.
