A custom 363ci Boss V8 was installed in 2009, replacing the original Boss 302 engine, with Edelbrock Performer RPM Clevor heads, an Edelbrock intake, Holley carburetor, electronic ignition, and Flowmaster mufflers. The original Boss 302 engine accompanies the car after a rebuild with an Eagle stroker kit, JE pistons, COMP Cams Xtreme Energy camshaft, Manley valves, and ARP hardware. The seller acquired it in 2008, and the 1990s restoration added a Sport Deck rear seat, console, hood locks, and a 3.91:1 Traction-Lok differential.
