A 440ci V8 replaced the original 383ci engine, with the replacement engine and TorqueFlite three-speed automatic transmission rebuilt around 2020. The rebuild included engine internals, distributor, and radiator, while the current owner has kept service records and manufacturer’s literature since purchasing the car out of Texas in 2016. The car has a clean California title in the owner’s name.
