GarageScout Take

The 2022 refurbishment included a body repaint, black-vinyl seat retrim, front-disc-brake adaptation, and overhauls of the electrical, ignition, fuel, cooling, and exhaust systems. Record Performance Inc. of El Monte, California, performed the documented work. The seller’s uncle installed the four-speed transmission and added the skid plates in the 1970s, while his custom aluminum dashboard was later stripped and repainted. After an electrical fire under previous ownership, the wiring was rebuilt with a replacement harness, fusebox, wiring, and connections.
