Numbers-matching CSX 2381 was invoiced to Lynch-Davidson Ford of Jacksonville on August 18, 1964, finished in Silver over Red with XWX tires, a luggage rack, five chrome wheels, and a radio with antenna. It remained in the dealer's inventory as late as March 1965 after arriving in Florida on a Shelby factory transporter. David Wagner of Classic Motorsports in Northville, Illinois, completed a nut-and-bolt, frame-off restoration in 2013. The original 289ci solid-lifter V8 and original four-speed manual gearbox remain in place.
