GarageScout Take

One of 39 left-hand-drive DB5 convertibles built, this example was completed in February 1964 and displayed at the New York Auto Show before its 1976 purchase by Aston Martin chairman Peter Sprague. Sprague commissioned a Vantage-specification 4.0-liter inline-six with triple Weber carburetors, and the car remained in his family until 2020. Team CJ Works refreshed it between 2022 and 2023 with terracotta leather upholstery, engine work, a replacement clutch, and rebuilt brake, steering, and suspension systems. It was previously listed on DriverSource in June 2026, where it sold.
