The 352ci V8 retains its factory four-barrel carburetor and has PerTronix electronic ignition, while the three-speed Cruise-O-Matic does not shift into reverse properly. It is a running-and-driving project with floor-pan rust, repaired collision damage at the left rear, and a retractable hardtop that does not operate.
