Known as “Lucy,” this was the second car prepared by Jack Roush for the Great Race and was driven in the 2005 event from Washington, D.C. to Tacoma, Washington. Its 221 CI flathead V-8 uses a Stromberg 97 2-barrel carburetor, with a TimeWise Great Race-compliant 50 MPH electronic speedometer and Great Race decals. The car has a tan convertible soft top and boot cover, brown bench-seat interior, red steel wheels with Ford V8 hubcaps, and wide whitewall tires.
