GarageScout Take

The LS7’s camshaft, ported heads, revised valvetrain, and C5-R timing-chain hardware make this a substantially reworked example. Velocity Yellow is uncommon among observed examples of this generation, while 39,000 miles sits above the middle. The aftermarket camshaft, ported heads, and valvetrain work take the engine away from stock specification.

Strengths

  • The LS7 received an AHP camshaft, ported heads, revised valvetrain components, and a C5-R-specification timing chain.
  • The 2LZ Preferred Equipment Group adds factory equipment beyond the standard specification.
  • The listing includes a damage-free Carfax report and clean California title.

Watch For

  • The LS7 has extensive internal modifications, including an aftermarket camshaft, ported cylinder heads, revised valvetrain components
