GarageScout Take
Dorado Gold Pearl is uncommon among observed examples, and 101,000 miles sits below the generation’s 129,000-mile median; the pre-sale timing-belt and water-pump work adds useful age-related service documentation.
Strengths
- Original 4.7-liter 2UZ-FE V8 paired with five-speed automatic and Torsen locking center differential
- All-wheel-drive system with dual-range transfer case
- Includes factory sunroof, roof rails, and heated power-adjustable mirrors
- Third-row seating and dual-zone automatic climate control enhance passenger comfort
Watch For
- Accident reported in August 2014 with rear bumper cover repaint
- Mounted Dextero All-Terrain tires rather than original equipment
